Baleia is thrilled to welcome Chef John daSilva, the celebrated Owner and Executive Chef of Chickadee, for a one-night-only collaboration dinner with our own Chef Andrew Hebert. These two chefs first worked together many years ago at the legendary Rialto, and now reunite to create a seasonal celebration of Portugal, a nod to John’s Portuguese heritage and Baleia’s culinary soul.

The event will start with a welcome reception featuring passed snacks and a welcome cocktail. Dinner to follow will feature a Portuguese inspired 5 course menu served with wine pairings.

Modifications: We are unable to modify the menu to accommodate dairy allergies, shellfish allergies, fin fish allergies, vegans or vegetarians. Most other allergens and dietary restrictions will be able to be accommodated but we encourage you to reach out to confirm at info@baleiaboston.com.
